Disaster Recovery

妻友app takes Disaster Recovery very seriously. We view Disaster Recovery in 2 aspects; 1) Providing Disaster Recovery services to our clients when they need a 鈥淏usiness Continuity鈥� plan and 2) 妻友app鈥� own internal Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Plan.

妻友app has three facilities in Florida: Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa. All of our facilities have the same capabilities for presorting; laser processing; addressing; folding; inserting and mailing. 聽This redundancy allows 妻友app to move data and mail from one facility to another in the event of a natural disaster or one of our facilities is experiencing an internal problem. 聽We have our own fleet of trucks that run nightly from facility to facility and a special authorization allowing us to combine and comingle mail from other cities. 聽In addition, all of our data is stored securely at our offsite data center which is located in the Jacksonville Federal Reserve Bank, a category 5 rated building.聽 Our plan for disaster relief is “pro-active鈥�. 聽We have everything in place to keep us running in all three facilities no matter which city may be affected by a disaster or business interruption situation.
