app has three facilities in Florida: Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa. All of our facilities have the same capabilities for presorting; laser processing; addressing; folding; inserting and mailing. This redundancy allows app to move data and mail from one facility to another in the event of a natural disaster or one of our facilities is experiencing an internal problem. We have our own fleet of trucks that run nightly from facility to facility and a special authorization allowing us to combine and comingle mail from other cities. In addition, all of our data is stored securely at our offsite data center which is located in the Jacksonville Federal Reserve Bank, a category 5 rated building. Our plan for disaster relief is “pro-active“. We have everything in place to keep us running in all three facilities no matter which city may be affected by a disaster or business interruption situation.
