Terry Freeman
President/Owner
Terry purchased TC Specialties in 1983 and has owned the company ever since. The original facility was located in Coudersport, PA and primarily was an offset print company. In 1994, Terry decided to expand and migrated to Jacksonville, Florida. This expansion led to entry into the lettershop and presort arena. Over the years, there have been several operational changes, purchases and the name changed to app. Within the next 5 years, TC added 2 new facilities adding market visibility in Orlando and Tampa. Today, with Terry’s guidance and insight, app is one of the largest privately held mail processing companies in Florida.
Mark Mazurkiewicz
Corporate Vice President / General ManagerMark has spent the past 37 years in the mail industry, starting his career in the United States Post Office. He held various supervisory/management positions in the USPS and finished a 10-year career there to venture out into a public sector management position. His final position there was at USPS Headquarters in Washington DC. During the next 27 years Mark held management positions within several presort organizations. Mark is well versed in all functional areas related to running a business; Operations, Sales, Transportation, Human Resources, Finance and Customer Service. He has a complete knowledge of P&L reporting and budget preparing as well as company start-ups. Over the years, Mark has proven his ability leading organizations to “Best in Class” status.
Jamie Freeman
Vice PresidentJamie has been with app since 1992 and is currently the Vice President. Jamie’s background includes hands-on mail processing, market analysis, and business development. Jamie is currently tasked with expanding the company’s services while improving the overall customer experience. Jamie is currently active in several organizations including Postal Customer Councils (PCC), National Association of Presort Mailers (NAPM), and USPS Mailers’ Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC). Jamie is a graduate of the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA.
Eric Freeman
Vice President of FinanceEric joined app in 1995 when TC started operations in Jacksonville FL. Eric began his career as a driver and during his 22+ years he has worked in every functional department thus learning every aspect of the business from the ground up. During that time Eric moved from production to billing, accounting, networking, IT, commercial insurance and equipment contract negotiations. Eric has held various management positions up to and including his current position of VP of Finance and is responsible for all of TC’s finances. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Radford University.
Bret Freeman
General Manager - JacksonvilleBret has worked for app since 1996. During his career at app he has worked in all areas within the business and currently oversees several functional departments within the Jacksonville facility. He is a certified Executive Mail Center Manager and serves as Treasurer of the Northeast FL Postal Customer Council (PCC) and is an active member of the National Association of Presort Mailers (NAPM). Bret served our country for 8 years in the US Navy as an Operations Specialist.
Paulette Andrews
Manager, Human Resources/PayrollPaulette has 25 + years of professional experience including Office Manager, Account Executive, Legal Secretary, Payroll and Human Resources. She is a member of both National and Local Chapters of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). In 1998, Paulette joined the TC team as the Manager, Human Resources/Payroll. In her role, she has created and implemented many new policies within the scope of Federal and State laws. In addition, she helps to ensure that the organization is in compliance to maintain a discrimination-free workplace. Paulette promotes teamwork and encourages employee activities.
